The Charm Resort Phuket - SHA Certified

The location was perfect, just off the sea front and a short walk to Bangla Road and Jung Ceylon. The staff were lovely and Happy Hour and the restaurant was fabulous. Both provided an elegant alternative to going out and are worth paying a bit more for. The view from the pool is stunning and the pool area is pleasant. I also loved the handmade gingerbread house and the Christmas tree in the lobby.

The attached pool to the room was very convenient. So nice! Accessibility is very good. Very near to the beach and marketplace. The food was amazing on the property. Nice breakfast. Didn't get bored even for 6 days.

The staff were quick to respond to an issue even though they couldn’t resolve it they tried. We were upgraded which was a great experience.

this was a gem of a hotel from the location 2 mins from the beach to the size of the room we had 1105 junior suite with swim up pool. Even though we spent little time eating or drinking in the hotel the breakfast was superb, something for everybody, not overpacked due to people going on trips at various times. the pool on the roof is also worth a few days but the beach is more conveniant as you have the street food stalls cheap as chips. We have to give a massive shout out to our house keeper phaung, what an asset to the resorts staff. She was not just great at her job she also made the time and effort to get to know us as we were their for 3 weeks. She would say hello every morning ask what we were doing for the day and was genuinely concerned when my wife took ill for a couple of days, even tooting her moped one day when she passed us going into town 😂❤️. We would definetly recommend a visit to this hotel.

A great hotel. The room was lovely and comfortable. Quiet and with no one looking in on us from other buildings. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the busy main street, which suited us fine. The beach and food stalls are just across the street and there is 7-11 store five minutes walk away. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The few minor issues in the room were fixed up literally in minutes by the housekeeping and maintenance staff. I've never seen such a fast response in any hotel ever. For example, the air conditioner was slightly leaking drops of water. No big deal but we mentioned it to the maid and she had a team of three technicians around within 5 minutes to fix it.
